Topics covered throughout the day include:

  • Organizational Culture
    Employment Law Fundamentals
    The Total Rewards Model
    Compensation Strategy
    Benefits and Employee Well-Being
    Professional Development and Recognition Programs

    Interactive Business Aviation Scenario Discussions

Participants will earn NBAA PDP credit applicable toward Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) recertification requirements.

This course offers aviation managers a practical opportunity to deepen their understanding of how compensation structures, culture, and leadership practices influence team performance, retention, and organizational success.

Advance registration is required.
