Christa M. Hinckley is Counsel with Fox Rothschild LLP in Dallas, Texas, and is Chair of the ABA’s Forum on Air and Space Law’s subcommittee on General, Business and Charter Aviation. She is also Vice Chair of the Aviation Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and is very active in business aviation groups such as the National Business Aviation Association and the North Texas Business Aviation Association.  Ms. Hinckley was also Senior Attorney and Managing Director of Insurance and Risk Management of American Airlines and its affiliates.  She is frequently a speaker on business aviation matters and insurance and risk management.

Glenn Vallach

Senior Vice President, Claims Division Manager

United States Aircraft Insurance Group

Mr. Vallach has been a Claims Attorney with United States Aircraft Insurance Group since October 2012, becoming the General Aviation Claims Division Manager in April 2019.  Additionally, Glenn is the principal coverage analyst and contract review attorney for the company and also manages a broad range of significant liability claims for the General Aviation, Manufacturing & Special Risks and Airlines claims divisions within USAIG.  Glenn also serves on the Subrogation Committee for the company.

Prior to joining USAIG, Mr. Vallach was a litigation associate and trial attorney for McKeegan & Shearer, P.C. in New York, NY for almost five years.  In that capacity, Glenn managed his own case load and litigated a large number of complex liability matters for a variety of airlines, insurers, governmental agencies, retailers, and other commercial entities.  Glenn also provided counsel with respect to insurance coverage determinations and disputes, contract drafting, and corporate disputes while working for the firm.

Mr. Vallach is also an accomplished college and graduate school law professor.  He has taught business law courses at Ramapo College of New Jersey since 2012, and before that, at Marymount Manhattan College.  He also teaches graduate level law courses at Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Thus, Mr. Vallach regularly publishes articles regarding business, law and tax in scholarly journals with his colleagues.

Additionally, Mr. Vallach in an active member of multiple aviation law and insurance related professional organizations, and has delivered presentations and spoken on panels at conferences throughout the country, including: the Aviation Insurance Association Annual Conference; the National Business Aviation Association Business Aircraft Finance, Registration and Legal Conference; the DRI Annual Meeting; various American Bar Association conferences and forums; the International Conference of Business and Applied Sciences Academy of North America; and AViCON.  Glenn is a member of the National Business Aviation Association Regulatory Issues Advisory Group; the DRI Aviation Law and Corporation Counsel Committees; and the American Bar Association Litigation and Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Sections.  He is also a contributor to the Aviation Insurance Association Education Committee.

Mr. Vallach graduated cum laude from Boston College in 2005, double majoring in Political Science and History.  He then graduated from Fordham University School of Law with a juris doctor degree in 2008.
